Product-side software leader who specified, architected, and collaborated with every colleague to deliver an enterprise n-registry platform from proof-of-concept to launch in 10 months, collaborating with 100% offshore teams using Kanban and Agile methodologies.

Designed and specified a compliance-grade system featuring full data provenance, persistent versioning, self-service configuration, and audit-ready workflows — meeting 100% of regulatory and SME requirements (ACS TQIP / state-level standards).

Conceived and specified a metadata-driven, graph-powered platform enabling dynamic configuration, custom metrics, and scalable workflows across registries and reporting modules.

Advanced the organization’s strategic innovation agenda through visionary proposed initiatives including blind in-registry interrater reliability (IRR), Bayesian modeling for patient risk and materials management, DRG/MS-DRG alignment prediction, and TQIP benchmark interpretability optimization.

Designed to help healthcare professionals critically interpret and apply statistical methods in clinical and outcomes research, the course blends lectures, discussions, and self-paced assignments with interactive Python notebooks. Core topics include probability (Bayes Theorem, random walks, CLT), inference and hypothesis testing, regression and multivariate modeling (logistic, Poisson, survival analysis), categorical methods (chi-squared, CMH, survey development), and bias in research and modeling. Emphasis is on practical interpretation, reproducibility, and hands-on application using real-world clinical datasets (e.g., Framingham, Cleveland Heart Data, Medicare Data - clinical & claims).
